Cancellation Policy

Tournament Closing Date: Sunday 27th April, 23:59PM 1) ELIGIBILITY / SELECTION a) AGE. Open to all players born 31st December 2010 or earlier. b) LOCATION. Open to all players born or currently residing in Norfolk. c) SELECTION. Selection into an event will be based on player gradings and rankings at the time online entry closes OR up to 50% of entries accepted on first received basis and remainder accepted on ranking/grading. Optional additional selection rules may be used. d) PLAYER ENTRY. (i) Players may only enter one event in each discipline of a tournament (e.g. Player cannot enter women’s and open singles). (ii) Players can enter different events in each discipline (e.g. Players can enter open singles and women’s doubles). "(iii) Within level doubles, partners must be of the same birth sex. Within mixed doubles, partners must be of different birth sex." 2) REFUNDS. Refunds will be paid 14 days after the last day of the tournament. Contact the tournament organiser if no payment received within 14 days. Contact details will be on the Overview (home) page of the tournament online.
